Wellbeing at Work are commissioned by Plymouth City Council to deliver services to businesses in Plymouth or to those businesses with over 50% of their employees having a Plymouth postcode.

Our Wellbeing Awards scheme is a free and flexible program for Plymouth-based businesses with over 25 employees.

It aims to foster a culture of health and wellbeing in the workplace using toolkits provided by Public Health England and Business in the Community.

Our program offers support from a dedicated advisor, access to Wellbeing Champions, and Wellbeing Training Programmes.

Bronze Award

Set up wellbeing in your workplace by demonstrating your commitment through a wellbeing steering group, wellbeing champions, a workplace health needs assessment, a health and safety assessment and wellbeing action plan.

Silver Award

According to your health needs assessment and wellbeing action plan created in bronze, choose three toolkits to improve wellbeing in your workplace.

Gold Award

Choose a further four toolkits to complete according to your health needs assessment and action plan.
