Wellbeing at Work are commissioned by Plymouth City Council to deliver services to businesses in Plymouth or to those businesses with over 50% of their employees having a Plymouth postcode.

About Us

Wellbeing at Work, a part of Livewell Southwest, provides free programs such as Our Workplace Awards, Wellbeing Champions, and Wellbeing Training. A number of onsite support services, resources, events, webinars, and an annual conference are also available.

Approximately one third of the waking hours of adults who work full time are spent at work. There is no doubt that work can be incredibly rewarding and social.

As a result, it is capable of providing an instant boost to our psychological, physical, and emotional well-being.

The importance of workplace wellbeing is evident to both employers and employees. This is why we encourage people to work together to invest in workplace wellbeing in Plymouth.
