Lets March into Wellness!

This March, make positive changes to your diet, nutrition and even happiness in order to improve your sleep!

At Wellbeing at Work, we're spreading awareness about what we can do to improve our sleep by changing our nutrition and diet. As well as this, we have various other updates supporting health campaigns, what we've been up to and what's been happening within our Wellbeing Champion and Training Programmes!

Read on to find out more...

Sleep Equity for Global Health

Sleep is essential for health, but there are measurable sleep differences in sleep health, locally and across the globe, which create additional burdens and health inequalities.

Use today to promote to your colleagues and communities the importance of sleep, ways we can improve our night-time habits and the support out there for our mental and physical wellbeing, which ultimately will also benefit sleep!

When we all promote sleep health and #WorldSleepDay together, our combined effort is greater than the sum of its parts. Spread the word about sleep health on World Sleep Day, and help elevate the conversation around sleep!

Spreading positive messages about nutrition and hydration is essential for everyone. Anyone can get involved to play their part, whether big or small, all can aid in supporting the message of how important nutrition and hydration are for our health at work in the community and at home.

Getting the right nutrition can also play a massive part in our sleep so this could be a talking point to support both campaigns in one! Check it out below for more information...
