January is the month to make lifelong changes to lead healthier and better lives.

Dry January is a one-month challenge to go alcohol free!  It isn't about giving anything up, it is about getting something back, our fun back, our energy back and getting our calm back - alcohol free.
Not only does this help our general wellbeing, but AlcoholChange.org states that 86% of participants who go alcohol free for a month save money, 70% have better sleep and 66% have more energy!

16th January is Brew Monday!

Brew Monday is coming up and we want to remind you to use this time to take a break.
Today is the day to have a chilled catch up with your colleagues and touch base with how everyone is, giving everyone the opportunity to reach and have a chat about things - nothing work-related though!
The third Monday of January is always referred to as 'Blue Monday' or the most difficult day of the year, but this is simply not true! Samaritans wants to change this narrative and help people recognise that there is no such thing as 'Blue Monday'. We all have our good days and bad, but what's important is that we take time out of our day to have a break and connect with others.

Reminder to our Wellbeing Champions!
Charley and Shawnie have arranged our own Wellbeing Champion Catch up on the 16th, for all champions to join us for a cuppa and a chat! It is entirely optional but we'd love to see you all there online!
