Remote Working

With a significant proportion of the workforce now working from home it is still important to consider the wellbeing and support of your employees.  Wellbeing at Work has gathered some resources to help you successfully integrate staff wellbeing whether this is in the office, at home or a hybrid mixture of both.

There are many benefits of home working for employers and employees which can include lower costs and improved wellbeing.  For some employees home working can improve productivity, communication and wellbeing.  However, for some it can increase loneliness, decrease team connectivity, and affect mental wellbeing.  It is important for employers to recognise that employee wellbeing support should be a priority for all regardless of workplace.  Wellbeing at Work have collated some Working from Home resources to help assist you in employee wellbeing away from the traditional office environment.
