On Site Support

Unfortunately due to the Coronovirus we are unable to offer on-site support at present.

Wellbeing at Work can offer on site support for employees in Plymouth workplaces to help with general lifestyle advice, smoking, healthy eating, and healthy weight.

These are available free of charge to workplaces and would be delivered on site with a minimum number of participants aged over 18.

One You Plymouth – “Know Your Measurements”

This is a popular and engaging way to deliver lifestyle advice to your employees.

We use our Hi-Tech Metabolic Scales to Measure Height, Weight, Body Fat %, BMI (Body Mass Index), Muscle Mass, BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), and Visceral Fat. Then using these results, we are able to provide further information regarding healthy guidelines for all the above and the impacts of our lifestyle can have on our bodies. We make use of these brief interventions to help individuals think more about healthier lifestyle choices and to increase understanding of our own health and Wellbeing.

One You Plymouth – Health Checks

We can offer FREE NHS Health Checks to your employees that are eligible and your organisation will not be charged.  We will be able to check blood pressure, cholesterol and body mass index (BMI), and offer advice and support on the steps that can be taken to improve health.

Employees need to be aged between 40 and 75 years old and haven’t had a Health Check in the past 5 years.
