Menopause Matters Newsletter

"Our aim is for all women, approaching and experiencing the menopause, to have clarity over the different treatment options available, based on sound, clinical evidence, meaning you can make up your own mind about what is the best option for you.
Our regular spotlights will highlight something different each week, that we hope may help you, just when you need it.
As always please get in touch if you need us."

Menopause Matters has a monthly newsletter. This is a paid subscription

ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training)

ASIST is for everyone, regardless of experience, who would like to be part of a ‘suicide safer community’.

Please come along and join our two experienced ASIST instructors on the 8th and 9th June 2022 for a ‘thought provoking’ two days of learning about how you can give ‘suicide first aid’ to someone who is thinking of ending their life.

You will be given an opportunity to explore your own experience, attitudes and beliefs around suicide and to practice providing support in a safe and secure environment.

We look forward to meeting you soon.
