Happy New Year from Wellbeing at Work!

Start 2022 with our Awards Programme!

Why not start the New Year with a focus on staff wellbeing. Our Wellbeing at Work Awards programme will help you to embed employee wellbeing into the heart of your organisation.  The free and flexible programme, for Plymouth based businesses, uses Public Health England and Business in the Community toolkits which include topics around mental health, physical activity, healthy eating, musculoskeletal health and sleep and recovery. Businesses are supported by a Wellbeing at Work Advisor through the process and have access to the Wellbeing Champions programme and Wellbeing Training.  For more information and advice  https://www.wellbeingatworksouthwest.co.uk/workplace-awards  or please contact Jennifer Jenkins at Jennifer.jenkins2@nhs.net

Please join us for our Building Financial Wellbeing webinar on 26th January 2022 which will include a Wellbeing at Work Update and a presentation from Paul Fox, Money and Pensions Service.  There will also be an opportunity for businesses to network and share wellbeing success stories with others.
