Plymouth City Council Wellbeing Champions

Wellbeing at Work would like to thank Plymouth City Council for inviting us to their Quarterly Wellbeing Champion meeting and updating us on all their activity. It was great to hear about all the amazing interventions and wellbeing projects that are going on virtually. It was also good to have some hints and tips on what we can provide to support you including topic quizzes and opportunities to network with Champions from other businesses. Healthy Eating Week 2021!

We’d like to let you know that registration for BNF Healthy Eating Week 2021 is now open – and as you register last year, we wanted you to be among the first to know!

The week will take place from 14-18 June 2021.

Registering for the week is an ideal way of supporting and promoting health, especially at this time. The Week is open to everyone throughout the UK – you’ll have access to an activity pack of support, and receive alerts and information to help you engage with the week. If you know other people that you think would like to register, please do share the link with them!

Weight Management Support

Please find a new -flyer which can be used on your staff intranet or circulated by you Wellbeing Champions to let staff know about how to access our Weight Management Support. Also included are Kickstart your health, NHS Weight Loss Guide and managing Obesity resources. This resource alongside other Wellbeing resources can be found on our website.
