It also enables Livewell Southwest CIC to fulfil its community interest by making grants to local causes who deliver fantastic health and wellbeing outcomes. Over the past 12 months, the Foundation has supported projects which reach more than 73,000 local patients – helping to prevent ill health, promote good health and reduce social isolation.

The Livewell Foundation is now looking for corporate partners to join its quest to enable more people in Plymouth and South West Devon to lie happier and healthier lives.
