Claire and Susie have taken the Steptember idea and ran with it – from Walking meetings, Team catch ups and also to get some time away from the office, they both have done amazingly! And getting the whole team involved at the same time – which sometimes can be the hardest part!

The coronavirus pandemic and the lockdown has put extra pressures on our businesses and our mental health and wellbeing. You may already know that 1 in 4 workers has considered resigning due to stress and 1 in 10 has resigned due to stress. More recently you may have heard about concerns from your staff about added pressures in their lives including financial worries, fear of job loss, bereavement, domestic abuse and social isolation.

You can now book Wellbeing Champions as a virtual training session for your business. We are getting booked up fast and 2020 is almost full so if you want to get the ball rolling to either start your Bronze Award, finish your Bronze Award or to just get some/increase Wellbeing Champions within your business please email firstname.lastname@example.org
