Fill it with lots of seasonal fruit and salads for a healthy picnic.  Grab your picnic rug and blanket and head outside for some vitamin D – don’t forget your sunscreen! Or as the weather doesn’t look so sunny for Plymouth this weekend why not have an indoors picnic instead.
