Notice your surroundings!

Take some time to enjoy the moments that you are outside and notice the environment around you. Switch off to notice wildlife and nature and it will help you to destress. I have started to take my mobile phone out with me on my daily walk so that I can stop and notice things for longer.  Taking photos of flowers, trees, spring lambs,  or a path you’ve just walked down means that you can reflect on it later on.
