Getting Ready for Dry January 2020

It seems a long way off yet, especially with all the parties that are being attended or are still planned for the next few weeks but we will again be supporting Alcohol Change UK’s “Dry January” in the New Year, encouraging people to give up alcohol for the month. It only takes three weeks to break a habit, so this could be your route to happier, healthier drinking long-term.

Business too can have a great role to play in supporting the campaign as reduced absenteeism and lost productivity from alcohol, are estimated to cost UK businesses a staggering £7.3bn each year.

Alcohol Change has a lot more information about the campaign as well as a number of great tools to help you and your colleagues go Dry for January.
