Workfit Update

The Workfit programme launched in January and has now supported over 80 referrals through the 16 week support programme with a large number of successful outcomes. As a result, we now have many participants that have completed the programme.

The team are looking at the potential to extend the 1 year pilot programme and are reviewing the need for a more flexible/tiered support programme to deliver meaningful outcomes, and this will feature as part of the post-exit participant reviews.

If you, or a colleague, have physical or mental health concerns that are affecting work you can complete our referral form from our Wellbeing at Work website and we will be in touch.

Wellbeing Champions Update

We are delighted to welcome new Wellbeing Champions from a number of local organisations, including Sitel, Nuffield Health and Sponge UK as well as further Livewell Southwest Staff.

We can’t wait to hear how you are all implementing wellbeing projects in to your organisations and hear about all the positive impacts this has had on your teams.  If you would like to be featured as a case study on our website we would love to hear from you.

If you would like to become a Wellbeing Champion for your organisation there are courses running throughout the year which are bookable via the Livewell Southwest Academy.
